Why an Authorised Michelin Dealer?

Because only our Authorised Dealers can give you the peace of mind.

Why an Authorised Michelin Dealer?

When you buy your MICHELIN tyres from a Michelin Singapore Authorised Dealer, you can be 100% certain that the products are genuine and backed by Michelins’ local warranty. This means that in the unlikely event of a problem, your MICHELIN tyres will be inspected by a fully qualified Michelin trained technician.

Protection under Singapore Law

MICHELIN tyres purchased from overseas or ‘parallel’ sources may not receive support in the event of any claims or product recalls; and Michelin’s after sale services.

In accordance with the Singapore Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act ("Lemon Law"), all claims for non-conforming goods are to be directed to the seller of the goods.  For tyres that were imported from non-authorised sources, Michelin will not entrertain any claims or provide any support for claims made pursuant to the Lemon Law.  Thus all such claims must be directed to the non-authorised seller.

Quality Control

Michelin takes great pride in the quality of the MICHELIN tyres, distribution and after sale services to our customers.  To ensure the continued quality of the MICHLEIN tyres, services and the safety of our customers, we have stringent guidelines on storage, transport and distribution of MICHELIN tyres in accordance with the local climate and other local conditions.  When you buy from Michelin Singapore Authorised Dealers, you know you have got a tyre that comes direct from the factory to your car.

Expert Service and Advice

With so many varying opinions and options available for your car, nothing beats expert advice and hands-on experience.  Buying your MICHELIN tyres from an Authorised Dealer means the right fitment for your vehicle and safety.

Compliance with Standards

Did you know your car manufacturer has specific tyre types or approvals that need to be met by tyre companies before it is approved to be on the road? This process is what the automotive industry calls ‘homologation’, meaning compliance or approval of a tyre for a specific car.

Buying your MICHELIN tyres from an Authorised Dealer means that the MICHELIN tyres that we sell to you are in accordance with your car manufacturers’ requirements, ensuring safety, peace-of-mind, performance and compliance with your car insurance company’s requirements.
