Casing plies rupture due to impacts of tyre shoulder or upper sidewall by foreign objects (e.g. pot holes or curb).

Poor balance, poor alignment or mismatch of vehicle steering system and suspension

1) After mounting new tyres or having a tyre repaired enure that the wheel and tyre assembly are correctly balanced (correct balance provides comfortable ride and extended tyre life; poor balance may cause driver fatigue, excessive or uneven tyre wear and damages to the suspension system).

2) Balance your tyres when vibration is found. If the vibration continues after balancing, the steering system, suspension and alignment must be checked to find the cause.

Poor wheel alignment

Check wheel alignment to ensure even wear and precise driving.

Alignment is a must when you find:
1) Uneven wear on front and rear tyres
2) Changes in vehicle handling or steering reactions (e.g. the vehicle goes left or right side)

If the suspension system and steering system works correctly and the wheel rolls in a straight line, the wheel alignment is correct. When the suspension system puts the tyres on the ground evenly, the tyre wear will be even, too.
